Property developer Mah Sing Group Bhd has unveiled its newest anchor tenant in Star Avenue Lifestyle Mall in Shah Alam, with the launch of the 30th NSK Trade City outlet.

The 36,000sq ft outlet, currently operating from 8am to 10pm, pulled in some 3,000 visitors on opening day with Covid-19 standard operating procedure in place to ensure shoppers’ safety.

Present at the launch were Kota Damansara assemblyman Shatiri Mansor, Mah Sing chief operating officer Benjamin Ong, NSK executive chairman Lim Chou Bu, NSK director Datuk Chiew Lian Keng and other NSK senior management members.

Attractive promotions await shoppers in conjunction with the opening of NSK Star Avenue, including free parking for the first hour with a minimum spend of RM30, while those who register for the N-Card membership will be eligible for a box of face masks.

NSK is also offering special discounts on selected items until tomorrow, while stocks last.

“We are extremely excited about NSK’s opening as it was delayed for a couple of months due to the pandemic.

“Its opening is timely in serving the needs of the surrounding community, ” said Ong.

“As the anchor tenant of Star Avenue, we anticipate that NSK will provide great convenience to the owners and tenants on the back of its expertise and track record of providing optimum service to customers.

“Looking ahead, the leasing team is actively looking for potential tenants to join the big family here, ” he added.
