Outdated policies must go, says Johor Rehda

JOHOR BARU: Johor Real Estate and Housing Developers Association (Rehda) is urging the state government to address the outdated housing policies in the state fast.

Newly-minted Johor Rehda branch chairman Wong Boo Liang, of Orchard Vest Sdn Bhd, said the move would help stimulate the property market that was facing a slowdown in recent years.
