RAMADAN shoppers’ destination of choice in Kuala Lumpur is indisputably Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman (Jalan TAR) and other streets in its vicinity.
Every year, people would flock to stores there to shop for traditional wear and accessories as well as foodstuff in preparation for breaking fast and Hari Raya Aidilfitri.
