Recipe books boon for blind

THE visually impaired are capable of producing tasty food as they know how ingredients feel and taste at different stages of cooking using their other senses.

Malaysian Association for the Blind (MAB) general manager George Thomas said this during a cooking demonstration and distribution of Braille recipe books to mark World Braille Day 2020 with the theme “Access to information, education and communication.”
