CITY developer SkyWorld Development Group has won three Asia Pacific Property Awards.

SkyWorld’s winning developments are SkyMeridien @ Sentul in the Apartment/Condominium category, while The Valleys @ SkySierra won a Five-Star Award for Residential High-Rise Architecture.

“It is our team’s KPI to win at least one award for every project; therefore, the team has to keep innovating and keep improving.

“This is our third year participating in the Asia Pacific Property Awards and we are truly honoured to be up on the stage again,” said SkyWorld chief operating officer Lee Chee Seng.

Lee said this was SkyWorld’s second Five-Star Award by Asia Pacific Property Awards, which was held at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park in Thailand.

SkyMeridien and The Valleys are location-centric with many amenities surrounding the roads leading to both developments.

SkyMeridien offers 780 units of residences with built-ups ranging from 581sq ft to 1,318sq ft with a low entry price of RM370,000.

The Valleys, being the first phase of SkySierra, a mixed integrated development, is located next to Aeon A2 Mall.

It offers 1,309 units of residences with built-ups ranging from 800sq ft to 1,318sq ft. The Valleys features over 5 acres (2ha) with 60 types of lifestyle facilities for residents.

Both SkyMeridien and The Valleys will be certified according to QLASSIC standards – a quantitative measure of the overall quality of a building’s workmanship during the various stages of construction set by the Construction Industry Development Board.
