Pahang government has no plans for separate toilets for LGBT in the state


Shahaniza: NGOs such as Persatuan Insaf Pahang are also playing their role by organising programmes such as Mukayyam since 2011.

KUANTAN: The Pahang government does not intend to provide separate toilet facilities specifically for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) group in the state.

State Culture, Unity, Social Welfare, Women and Family Development Committee chairman Datuk Seri Shahaniza Shamsuddin (pic) said the state government was of the view that there was no necessity to do so.
