Levy proposal on outstation cars in Penang sparks interest

AN ASSEMBLYMAN has proposed that a levy be imposed on outstation cars entering Penang island to help ease traffic congestion.

Jason Ong (PH-Kebun Bunga) said the move would encourage those entering the island to use public transport or to carpool instead.
