TEAMS participating in Cheer 2018 will be jumping, tumbling and executing their best moves to impress judges at a new venue – Quill City Mall.

Its marketing vice-president, Joseph Teo, said they were glad to host the event as the official venue sponsor.

He said the competition would also help increase traffic and drive promotions in the mall during the school holidays.

Teo said Cheer 2018 has benefitted young Malaysians as a platform to exchange knowledge and share skills.

“Cheerleading is a great sport to maintain a healthy lifestyle, as well as for strength training, coordination and team-building. It also improves confidence and posture,” he said, adding that the competition was youth centric and in line with the mall’s focus this year to have more youth-driven events.

Quill City Mall will be offering vouchers from newly opened stores such as Mr.DIY and Miniso to cheerleaders and fans.

They can also claim their AirAsia BIG Points.
