Parking meters installed, summonses issued overnight in Kuchai Lama

Chin says residents feel it is unfair to have parking meters installed in residential area.

IT WAS the normal routine for Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park residents to park their vehicles below their shoplots at night before calling it a day.

But on Nov 17, they woke up to find parking meters installed overnight and they were all issued with parking summonses.
