Butterworth affordable scheme of 780 flats to be ready by 2019

THE first affordable housing scheme in Penang mainland has received good response with half of the units sold since it was launched in March.

Developed by Silver Channel Sdn Bhd, the project called The Park @ Jalan Mak Mandin comprises four 14-storey blocks with 780 units.
