The Prosperity Buffet Dinner at Latest Recipe, Le Meridien, Kuala Lumpur, brings together more than 200 local and international dishes inspired by classic Chinese New Year flavours and well-loved global favourites.
The celebration begins with the signature Prosperity Salmon Yee Sang, symbolising good fortune and success.
Guests can then savour festive highlights such as Deep-fried Chicken with Marmite Sauce, Roasted Duck, Wok-fried Salted Egg Prawns and Braised Sea Cucumber with Dried Oyster.
The buffet also features an extensive international selection including fresh sushi, chilled seafood, dim sum, carving station favourites, noodle stations and Malaysian classics.
The Chinese New Year Buffet Dinner is available from Feb 13 to 22 (except Feb 16) at RM208nett per adult and RM104nett per child.
The Chinese New Year’s Eve Buffet Dinner on Feb 16 is priced at RM228nett per adult and RM114nett per child.
To complement the festive dining, guests may also usher in the Year of the Horse with the Fortune Yee Sang.
Suitable for family reunions and business celebrations, each yee sang serving is prepared with traditional accompaniments and premium ingredients such as lobster, sliced clam abalone, salmon and jellyfish.
