Choong, who has 20 years of expertise in Chinese cuisine, will be showcasing a selection of his specialities until March 30. The menu includes Pan-fried Omelette with Oyster and Thai Basil Leaf with Mayonnaise, Braised Superior Soup with Scallop Dumpling and Saffron, Stir-fried Australian Asparagus with Assorted Mushroom and Truffle Oil, Crispy Fish Cake with Minced Cabbage and Sweet Sauce, Braised Abalone with Wild Rice wrapped in Lotus Leaf, and Pan-fried Cubed Beef Tenderloin with Signature Sauce.
