Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant at One World Hotel, Petaling Jaya welcomed Tommy Choong as its executive Chinese chef. Choong, who has 20 years of expertise in Chinese cuisine, will be showcasing a selection of his specialities until March 30. The menu includes Pan-fried Omelette with Oyster and Thai Basil Leaf with Mayonnaise, Braised Superior Soup with Scallop Dumpling and Saffron, Stir-fried Australian Asparagus with Assorted Mushroom and Truffle Oil, Crispy Fish Cake with Minced Cabbage and Sweet Sauce, Braised Abalone with Wild Rice wrapped in Lotus Leaf, and Pan-fried Cubed Beef Tenderloin with Signature Sauce.
