During a meal at Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur’s Ee Chinese Cuisine, sesame seeds were arranged to form the restaurant’s name ee on the salmon yee sang, while the abalone yee sang was arranged to look like a flower. Both the yee sang satisfied our visual senses before impressing the taste buds.
