A VACANT plot in Sungai Way, Petaling Jaya, that was once occupied by a government clinic in the late 1980s is now a carpark.
The carpark located in Jalan SS9A/14 is being managed privately without the council’s approval, said Petaling Jaya city councillor Sean Oon.
