Residents turn to sleuthing, nab culprits behind illegal dumping

A CURIOUS group of Petaling Jaya residents managed to put an end to the dumping of construction debris in their neighbourhood by identifying the villains responsible with some basic investigation techniques.

It was elementary, really, but effective.
