ISKANDAR PUTERI: The state wants to widen the buffer zones of 14 dams and catchment areas in Johor tenfold as a way of handling water pollution.

Johor Public Works, Rural and Regional Development Committee chairman Datuk Hasni Mohammad said the buffer zones would be widened from the current 50m to 500m.
