TNB maintenance work will cause water cut next week

ACCORDING to a statement by the National Water Services Commission (SPAN), chief executive officer Datuk Mohd Ridhuan Ismail the maintenance work was carried out once every three years to prevent any malfunction or unscheduled electrical disruption at the plants.

“It will affect 16 hours of operating time to the plants that supply water to 60% of the users in the Klang Valley and as much as 2,800 million litres of water a day,” he said.
