MAINTAINING customer loyalty is one of the many strengths that Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd has in its arsenal.

Not only did it kick off Senheng Mobile, which joined the telecommunication market last year, it also introduced the post-paid plan that benefitted users in many ways.

Now it has further pushed its boundaries by launching the Senheng Mobile Payback prepaid plan that caters to those who prefer to pay in advance.

As the name suggests, Payback prepaid plan aims to provide a convenient and hassle-free rewards platform for Senheng and senQ’s PlusOne members, a way of giving back to customers for their support.

Senheng Mobile continues to collaborate with redONE Network Sdn Bhd that uses Celcom’s network, offering a wider and faster network and coverage as well as free unlimited on-net calls between users at the same time.

To top it off, users can enjoy 10% rebate on top-up in the form of EZ credits whereby accumulated points can be used to redeem any electrical appliances from Senheng or senQ stores nationwide.

Senheng Mobile serves as a way for Senheng and senQ’s more than 2.2 million PlusOne members to connect and communicate anytime and anywhere.

Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd founder and managing director Lim Kim Heng said 2016 was a challenging year for the company.

“However, with better enhancement and by prioritising our customer experience, we are honoured to launch Senheng Mobile prepaid with the Best Mobile Plan Rebate in town to reward our customers.

“Through this innovation, we envisioned EZ Credit points to enhance our branding and increase brand loyalty, which brings Senheng to the next level.

“This is a whole new excitement and achievement for Senheng,” Lim enthused.

He has also assured subscribers that the company had taken measures to tighten cybersecurity through the BlackBox Mobile identity, an enterprise graded security solutions by MicroStrategy Inc.

Customers are able to perform the EZ Credit redemption under the highest security standards without having to repeatedly key in their username and password, hence enhancing customer experience, said Lim.

The Payback prepaid card is priced at RM10 and comes with RM6 credit.
