Sad convocation for two mothers

JOHOR BARU: Two mothers could not hold back their tears after receiving posthumous degrees on behalf of their late children who died on the same day during Universiti Teknologi Malaysia's (UTM) 57th convocation ceremony here.

Bachelor of Science (Human Resource Management) student Mohd Shafiq Ellmal Abdul Shukor, 26, and Bachelor of Accountancy undergraduate Fatin Farah Wahida Azahar, 24, died on April 24 due to an accident and heart attack at Jalan Kota Tinggi and Shah Alam, respectively.
