KOTA KINABALU: Restaurant and hotel operators in Sabah have been urged to send their leftover food to organic fertiliser processing factories.
“The leftovers can be processed to become fertiliser that are environmental-friendly,” said Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Yahya Hussin, who is also state Agriculture and Food Industry Minister.
