CM: No racetrack for mat rempit

MALACCA: The state government does not plan to allocate a racetrack to enable mat rempit to satisfy their need for speed.

However, the state has no objections if non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and motoring clubs want to look for a site to be turned into a racing circuit for these motorcyclists.
