Tiresome wait and uncomfortable ride

A packed bus ride after a long wait as the bus will only depart once it is filled to the brim with passengers.

IT WAS half past 5pm and the bus stop in front of, and opposite, University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC) was already teeming with people waiting to get home.

When a bus arrived, there was plenty of jostling and pushing to get on the bus. The younger ones were the first to board while the older passengers waited.
