IN a symphony of banging drums and leaping lions, Starhill Gallery ushered in the Year of the Monkey with an elaborate performance on the eve of the lunar new year.

Held in front of the mall in Kuala Lumpur’s main shopping district, the acrobatic lion dance performance drew both locals and foreigners.
