JOHOR BAHARU: Kulai Municipal Council (MPKU) enforcement officers removed more than 80 illegal outdoor advertisements erected along both the north and south-bound sides of the North-South Expressway (PLUS) in an operation.
The council’s legal advisor Zakaria Ahmad said the billboards were removed under its Advertisement By-Law 1982 for displaying advertisements without approval.
