Perak’s latest district announced

Sultan Nazrin MUizzuddin Shah and Raja Permaisuri Perak Tuanku Zara Salim accompanied by Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abd Kadir visiting the exhibition on history of Tanjung Malim during the proclaimation of Muallim District ceremony.

MUALLIM has been officially declared as Perak’s 11th district by the Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah.

The district, with an area of 93,434.65ha, encompasses townships like Tanjung Malim, Slim River, Proton City, Behrang 2020, Behrang Station, Trolak Pekan, Slim village and Behrang Ulu.
