SIBU: Sarawakians are advised to get their family members, friends or neighbours who are visually impaired, to register with the Welfare Department.
Sarawak Society for the Blind, Sibu Chapter chairman Clarence Ting said from his experience with the blind centre since 1997, there were many visually impaired people who had not registered with the department.
