Perception on vocational education needs to change

JOHOR BARU: Parents have to start changing their perception that the vocational stream is only for under-performers or those who do not do well academically.

Education Ministry's Technical and Vocational Education Training Development deputy director Mohamad Samad said many parents were reluctant to allow their children to enroll into the vocational stream.
