Two disabled people among eight to receive award

BEING disabled has never stopped Dr Felicia Chang Chui Fun from reaching for her dreams and her determination has won her the Ten Outstanding Young Malaysian award (TOYM) 2015.

The 40-year-old polio patient won under the Humanitarian and/or Voluntary Service category.
