JOHOR BARU: A Johor assemblyman has called on the Malaysian government to conduct a broader study on the impact of the High-Speed Rail (HSR) to avoid it becoming under-utilised by the rakyat.
Stulang Laut assemblyman Andrew Chen Kah Eng said that Malaysia should learn from the mistake made by Spain where a HSR was built between Madrid and Sevilla after the World Expo in 1992.
