A dirty shame

Polystyrene cups, plates and trays with plastic bottles and plastic bags have clogged up the drain at Jalan Dato Dagang 39, Taman Sri Sentosa in Klang. 

A resident who wanted to be known as Ragubalan said the drain near the old police beat base was clogged with rubbish, causing the water to be stagnant and emitting a foul smell.
