MALACCA: Renowned publisher Datuk Dr. Ivan Hoe Wat Sing who heads PNI Neuron Group is among 17 members of Malacca Scouts Guild awarded the Pingat Jasa Pengakap (PJP) by the Malaysian Scout Council during a ceremony at a hotel here.
According to its organising chairman, Lau Eng Lai the gathering was also held in conjunction with the Lunar New Year celebration and to commemorate Lord Baden Powell’s birthday celebrated worldwide on Feb 22.
