EIGHTEEN non-governmental organisations and residents associations (RAs) submitted a five-page memorandum in support of the proposed Kinrara-Damansara Expressway (Kidex) to Selangor Mentri Besar Azmin Ali’s office, calling for Kidex to be built to overcome traffic congestion and increase connectivity.
Azmin’s private secretary Hilman Idham received the memorandum at the lobby of the State Secretariat building in Shah Alam.
