Talk to help Down syndrome children

KUANTAN: A half-day seminar on empowering Down syndrome children through music and arts will be held on Feb 8.

Kiwanis Club of Kuantan president Dr Yu Siew Hong said the outreach project was to raise awareness of the Kiwanis society and to enrich the lives of Down syndrome children as well as the parent-teacher community through music and arts education.
