JOHOR BARU: A shopping mall has set up flower-themed decorations in conjunction to the Chinese New Year celebration this month.
The decorations themed “Scents of Blessing” at the Johor Baru City Square focused on floral decorations at various parts of the atrium where flower clusters hung from the high ceiling as well as in vase-like structure near the stage area.
There is even an attractive trishaw at the atrium in line with their theme where customers can have their photos taken.
For the celebrations, there is an ongoing Chinese New Year promotion, which runs until Feb 17 for visitors to shop at good bargains and also to stand a chance to redeem their exclusive Chinese New Year gifts.
With purchases of RM288 and above in a single or maximum of two accumulated receipts, visitors can get a set of their “Scents of Blessing” 2015 red packets along with a RM300 Jatomi gym voucher.
For purchases of RM688 and above in single or maximum of six accumulated receipts, visitors are entitled to redeem an exclusive design of “Scents of Blessing” red packet set and also one RM300 Jatomi voucher.
Meanwhile, for shoppers who spent RM988 and above, they will be able to redeem an exclusive “Scents of Blessing” pen drive, together with a Jatomi voucher worth RM300 as well.
There will be an array of Chinese New Year goodies ranging from hampers, cookies, barbeque meat, cakes, Bird’s Nest products, gold art products, clothing and health supplements for shoppers to choose from.
At the mall, there is also a whole range of delightful performances lined up every weekend for the visitors to enjoy their shopping spree.
Among the performances include high pole lion dance by Wen Chin Kelapa Sawit Lion Dance Troupe and dragon dance by San Lau Long, as well as talks about bird’s nest product by Swiflet Garden and a Feng Shui talk by Master Leong Sir.
