TOKIO Marine Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd organised a donation drive to collect essential goods for flood relief operations.
The company initiated a donation drive at the lobby of its head office in Kuala Lumpur, with contributions from staff and tenants of Menara Tokio Marine Life.
A total of 30 cartons of relief supplies consisting of milk powder, drinking water and instant noodles among others were collected, packed and delivered to Star Publications (M) headquarters in Petaling Jaya, which served as the collection centre.
Elsewhere in Kuantan, Pahang, its branch office staff and agency members donated essential items at the flood relief centre in SJK Chung Ching where a total of 728 flood victims had taken shelter.
