KUANTAN: Two notorious and brutal gangs dubbed “Alip Ayam” and “Karthik” were crippled by police with the arrests of several members.
Alip Ayam Gang targets college girls, nurses and factory workers in which the gang members will break into their rented units before raping and robbing them of all valuables.
