Fashion is embracing the radiant allure of precious metal shades like gold and silver, and it’s just the season for you to shine in the spotlight.

Ralph Lauren gives the Midas touch in his Spring/Summer 2024 collection featuring several creations in gold lame including a jumpsuit, blazer, pants and dresses.

Our favourite is the gold lame jumpsuit with flared pants making it look like a skirt.

The glamorous get-up is worn with a black military-style jacket creating an interesting contrast.

Miu Miu also does the style contrast by pairing evening gold with everyday stripes and slippers!

The ensemble from the Italian label’s Spring/Summer 2024 collection includes a gold brocade skirt unexpectedly paired with a casual shirt overlaid with a striped long-sleeved t-shirt. How cool is that?

Also going for gold is Kate Spade’s Holiday 2023 ready-to-wear range, which showcases an awning-striped skirt in gold and navy blue crafted from metallic brocade fabric, along with a gold puffer jacket.

For something silver, check out one of Loewe’s Spring/Summer 2024 creations for men.

It’s a rather unusual top – a three-quarter sleeveless piece with a sculpted aesthetic.

This lustrous silver number surely offers a fresh perspective to the male wardrobe.

Local designer Alia Bastamam’s Waves cocktail dress in acid green liquid satin has a shine that is marvellously metallic – luminous and enchanting with a futuristic vibe.

The metallic magic does not end there; accessories also shine bright, such as Sandro’s gold handbag sporting silver chains and Christian Louboutin’s double–strapped Miss Jane pumps in polished metallic pink.
