Master Khyentse Rinpoche shares Buddhism through film

It is rare for a world renowned Buddhist meditation master, teacher and author, to venture into filmmaking. But Bhutanese lama (spiritual leader) Dzongsar Jamyang Khyentse Rinpoche, also known as Khyentse Norbu, followed his heart.

He studied filmmaking with Italian film director Bernardo Bertolucci, after serving as a consultant on the latter’s 1993 film, Little Buddha.
