Cycling has helped businessman Anderson Joseph Yu Weng Keong get in shape. But it has also helped him get his life back on track.

Apart from being instrumental in him shedding 15kg in the past two years, cycling has helped Yu battle against loneliness, depression and borderline alcoholism, triggered by the first movement control order in 2020.
