We sat in silence, with nothing but the clink of crystal glasses coming from around the room. The most wonderful of scents was wafting from the golden liquid in our glasses, a noble and majestic aroma that seemed to embody all of the nice smelling things you can think of ... fruits, flowers, nuts, sandalwood, cedar, incense. It gave us the distinct sense that we were about to taste something truly exceptional.
