Cameron Shayne began studying Martial Arts and Zen meditation at just 12 years old, and started his yoga asana training at the age of 25.

Using his expert knowledge of both practices he later went on to create Budokon Yoga, which brings together traditional Hatha yoga with a unique Martial Arts influence.
