OVER the past week, I have been facilitating a crystal management skills programme for officers of the Malaysian Armed Forces from all three branches of the service – army, navy and air force. The programme has nine crystals for every management skill.
Crystals work at every level of our lives, so when I was asked to design a crystal management skills programme, I was personally overjoyed as it was another way I could contribute to the development of our nation.
