Mosaic offers special Indian dishes during the Festival of Lights


Under the command of experienced junior sous chef Yogeswarra Rao, Mosaic is featuring a variety of delectable Indian dishes alongside their usual line-up of Oriental and Western dishes.

“One of the unique dishes that can be found in the Indian section is the Rawa Jingga. This is a special prawn dish that is deep fried tempura style in semolina flour,” said Rao.
