I READ with great empathy Jasmine Chua’s article on June 7 (Rise and rise again, Close To Heart). I have never had any depression problems in my life, but the many stories I’ve read (especially this one) touched my heart.
There is hope for people who constantly suffer depression. This illness is related to stress, a form of negative and destructive energy which shuts down our immune system so it cannot carry out the necessary internal healing we need.
