An angpow checklist

The history of the red packet, a. k. a. angpow, is believed to date back to the Sung Dynasty in China. The story goes that a huge demon was terrorising the village of Chang-Chieu and no one — not even the greatest warriors or statesmen — could defeat it.

That is until a young orphan armed with a magical sabre inherited from his ancestors fought the demon and eventually killed it.
