Sometimes the anxiety runs wild and unfettered. In moments like this, I have learnt to become my own cheerleader. No one understands you better than yourself, and know how best to navigate where you’re going.
If you want to be happy as you get older, strive for contentment. It exudes a kind of vitality that lasts longer than happiness. Add in a dash of humour, and a mite of madness, and you’ll blend well with today’s topsy-turvy world.
