Four years after the tragic death of Raja Azlan Shah Raja Abdul Aziz on Gunung Tahan, a new documentary is seeking to revisit his story – and the questions that remain unanswered.

In March 2022, Bernama reported that the 51-year-old businessman, who was part of an expedition to Gunung Tahan, died while descending from the peak.

The documentary – titled False Summits – is being crowdfunded to ensure the story is told with transparency and care.

The filmmakers aim to retrace Raja Azlan Shah’s journey on Malaysia’s highest mountain, combining research and on-ground exploration to piece together what happened.

Feisk Productions is calling for public support through donations, sponsorships, or by spreading the word.

The project is targeting RM20,000, with its funding period ending on April 24.
