Hong Kong singer-actress Gigi Leung turned 50 on Wednesday (March 25), and she rang in the occasion by keeping things real, offering a glimpse of her appearance beyond the spotlight.

In a social media post, she shared a snap of herself posing with four birthday cakes.

Ditching the glitz and glamour, Leung kept it effortlessly simple in an oversized white tee and a makeup-free look.

“On the day I turn 50, I can clap my hands and appreciate the past,” she wrote in the caption, referencing lyrics from her 2001 hit 25.

The song reflects on looking back at life at 25 while celebrating the milestone of turning 50.

Leung also thanked everyone for their birthday wishes and sent her blessings to those currently struggling in life.

“May you be free from suffering and worries, and may everything be peaceful,” she added.

Fans have flooded the comments section with birthday wishes for Leung, while others couldn’t help but gush over her striking appearance.

Many remarked that the Full Throttle star has retained much of her youthful looks, adding that she hasn’t changed much from her heydays.

“Happy birthday Gigi! You’re the prettiest person ever,” one person commented.

Another wrote: “Wow, you have barely aged. Truly a goddess!”

For the record, Leung has gone viral many times for her visuals, even earning the nickname “ageless goddess” for her radiant complexion.

She previously shared her secrets to her timeless look, saying she drinks an apple concoction and uses coffee grounds mixed with brown sugar and coconut oil to exfoliate her skin.
