According to a report by Sin Chew Daily on Monday (March 2), the pair dined at a Chinese restaurant in Kepong.
Photos circulating online showed Chan, 49, warmly greeting fellow diners upon arrival.
The TVB star kept his look simple yet stylish, pairing baggy denim jeans with a white singlet layered underneath a light-coloured button up.
Meanwhile, Sheh, 50, arrived quietly, keeping her head down low as she made her way inside.
Despite wearing a baseball cap and face mask, patrons recognised the award-winning actress from her striking features and the pink Labubu charm dangling from her handbag.
For context, Chan recently arrived in Malaysia to promote his latest Chinese New Year film Mama, Not Again!, which was shot in the country.
Meanwhile, Sheh was in town on holiday.
As per her latest Instagram post, she celebrated Cantopop singer Toby Leung's 43rd birthday alongside Chan and a few other friends.
