Former Hong Kong actress Fiona Leung has embraced a low-key life since exiting showbiz in the 2000s, dedicating herself to work as an active Christian missionary.

At a recent public event, the 60-year-old said she has no intention of returning to acting and rarely contacts anyone in the industry.

When asked about the secret to her enduring beauty, Leung told Hong Kong media that it all comes down to maintaining a positive mindset.

"There is no need for me to hide how old I am, and I am not afraid of others knowing about it. It is not a secret. I am not worried about having grey hair and wrinkles now," she said.

Leung shared that being able to enter a new stage of life, stay healthy and serve God is already fulfilling enough.

She also added that she no longer feels the pressure she once experienced in the entertainment industry.

Leung joined TVB in 1987 after competing in Super Talent Contest and appeared in dramas such as The Legend Of The Book And Sword (1987), The Mystery Of The Condor Hero (1993) and State Of Divinity (1996).

Following the 1997 Asian financial crisis, she transitioned from acting to a career as a health product salesperson.

In 2002, Leung embraced Christianity and became actively involved in programmes produced by non-profit religious organisations.
